Does Mic-Lock work with all phone cases?Updated 10 months ago

Mic-Lock is made to work with a case that is not over specification. The thicker the case, the more likely it is beyond specification. A thin case is unlikely to interfere with the operation of a Mic-Lock.

The Mic-Lock should fit securely into the devices' jack. If it does not, try removing the case and see it it fits. 

If you are committed to a thick case we recommend the Mic-Lock SoundPass as it has a slimmer profile. However, we design the Mic-Lock to fit the specifications of devices that respect the manufacturers' recommended case wall thickness. If the case is blocking the port the Mic-Lock may not be fully inserted.
