If you plug headphones that already have a built in microphone, will the Mic-Lock cancel out that microphone as well? Or just the mic on the phone?Updated 9 months ago
When a headset with an internal microphone is plugged into a Mic-Lock with SoundPass, it will block the audio from being transmitted into the microphone.
When in a call, you may tap speakerphone on your device. The device will make the speakerphone the active microphone. At this point, your audio input will be detected and the Mic-Lock will not be working.
To restart the security cycle unplug and re-plug the Mic-Lock and the security will be active again.
