My Mic-Lock Lightning Single-Ended is lose when using inserted into my Lightning based iPhone. (iPhone 14, iPhone 13, iPhone 12, iPhone 11, iPhone 10, iPhone 9, iPhone 8, iPhone 7)Updated 9 months ago

The Mic-Lock Lightning Single-Ended may feel "loose" if your phone has a case that is too tight. 
Try removing the case first before inserting the Mic-Lock to see if it fits properly.

The Mic-Lock should not feel loose when plugged into your device. 

It is possible that the case you currently own has an opening for the Lightning port that is too small. 



  1. The Mic-Lock Lightning adapter doesn't fit tightly in the port of my iPhone. Is this a known issue?
  2. I've observed that the Mic-Lock Lightning version is loose when connected to my iPhone. Does this compromise its function?
