- We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and no more then 5 days after the RMA is issued for the item to be postmarked date and returned.
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt, order number or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, you are responsible for return shipping.
- Please use a padded envelope to make sure it arrives safely.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We do not refund the shipping cost and this transaction is between the buyer and the shipping company selected at checkout.
