- We have a limited 90 day warranty on all of our products if you purchased the items through our website.
- We do not warrant nor support products not bought directly from Mic-Lock.com.
- You will need your 4 digit order number for service or support.
- If your product is broken or does not work, please contact us for support and we will repair, replace or refund at Mic-Lock's option only.
- The product must be returned for warranty service in a padded envelope with tracking.
- You must have a RMA number please.
- Contact [email protected] for an RMA.
- Warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or neglect.
- Warranty covers only materials and workmanship.
- If the product is refunded no other warranties are applied and/or given.
